Scope of this policy
ZicterCode provides custom service work rather than standard e-commerce products. Payment, cancellation, and refund terms should be confirmed in the individual proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement for each project.
Project payments and completed work
Project fees may be split into deposits, milestones, or other agreed payment stages. Once work has started, payments may cover discovery, strategy, design, development, project management, communication, and other time already spent.
Refunds are not automatic for custom work that has already been started or delivered. Any refund request will be reviewed against the written scope, work completed, expenses incurred, and the terms agreed for that project.
Project cancellations
A client may request to cancel a project according to the cancellation terms in the written agreement. If no specific cancellation terms were agreed, ZicterCode will review the work completed, commitments made, and outstanding balance before confirming the final position in writing.
Monthly support or care plans
Website management, support, or care plans may renew monthly if agreed in writing. Cancellation timing, notice periods, included work, and unused monthly time should be defined in the support agreement or proposal.
Support-plan payments generally cover availability, monitoring, updates, small edits, reporting, and agreed monthly support work. Unused time, rollover rules, and cancellation effects should be confirmed before the plan starts.
Third-party costs
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, plugins, themes, stock assets, fonts, APIs, subscriptions, payment processors, or licenses are subject to the terms of the relevant provider. These costs may be non-refundable once purchased or activated.

If you believe a payment, cancellation, or delivery issue has not been handled correctly, contact ZicterCode as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed with the relevant proposal, invoice, agreement, and project communication.
